"The world's concept of love is extremely shallow and goes no deeper than the emotions one is feeling at any particular time. Since each person is expected to consider his own interests before those of others, love is no more substantial than the super-charged feelings of a new relationship. Hollywood's concept of love is, in reality, nothing more than sexual lust. Based on this notion, one's emotions are the foundation for love.
